You know in theory he’s never gonna fly in the air like that because his wrist would’ve been broke. Uke Is cooperating so his wrist does not break
I'd like to see this with a none complaint opponent. The speed and force are certainly not fake, those are hard hits, but the Uke is allowing the actions and off throwing his punches. Good for white belts to learn form, bad for fighting. If you could, release a video where the Uke is less Uke and more Shikaku. The punches should make medium contact to the body and light contact to the face if a mistake is made. I would also love to see the Uke resist after the technique starts, maybe try to attack from the ground or counterforce you. Just some thoughts from an old Karateka/grappler.
