TKFit is a series of online fitness videos tailored for Aikidokas by Aikidokas – led by Aloyseus & Alexander Lee who studied a degree in Sports & Exercise Science. Each set of workouts is designed to activate specific muscle groups incorporating specific technical aspects of the art.
