1. Thank you! I've started having bad ulnar nerve problems, and remembered that there were some hand stretches from back when I tried aikido that would probably help. Really glad I found this tutorial again, cause I'd completely forgotten how they all went

  2. I was actually diagnosed with carpal tunnel. And I got over it. You know how? I had a friend that was into Aikido and I started doing this every day. I have no symptoms of carpal tunnel anymore.
